Additionally, if you create or log into your account through a third-party platform (such as Facebook or Google), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, email, profile picture, and unique identifiers associated with your account, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by that platform.

Information We Derive

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your approximate location based on your IP address or generate a unique user identifier for you that is associated with your account.

If you share content on our Services, we share this information along with your profile information publicly/with other users.

  • We may share information about you, including your email address, with our Clients for their own purposes, including to monitor user discussions, help foster productive discussions around their content, and connect with you about their products and services.

  • We may disclose personal information if we believe that disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

  • We may share personal information if we believe that your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of SpeakEasy AI, our users, the public, or others.

  • We share personal information with our lawyers and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests.

We engage others to provide analytics services across the web. SpeakEasy AI is headquartered in the United States and we have operations and vendors in the United States and other countries.
